This was by far one of the most fun workshops I’ve done in Toronto. Adrian was incredibly engaging, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We didn’t JUST make chocolate; we learned (and tried) its history, were introduced to some of the science behind a good chocolate and learned to differentiate good from bad chocolate. Totally recommend!

Wow. Adrian led an 8-person chocolate making class with an incredible combination of expertise, personality, and creativity. 2.5 hours flew by as we learned, prepared, made, and explored the world of dark chocolate.

I have never met someone as passionate as Adrian, and would truly recommend Soul Chocolate to anyone.

Ate so much that we needed a two day break from chocolate, but then DAMN. The take home portion truly hit.

Everything is always good at Soul Chocolate. The special drinks for the summer season are wonderful. My husband always has to have more chocolate, so it was quite an extravaganza. It's also a comfortable spot to relax.

Soul Chocolate is a delicious place to grab a treat. The hot chocolate, mochas and frozen hot chocolate are very yummy. The chocolate tart and chocolate chip cookies are a great accompanyment. There's lots of space for babies to hang out here as well. A great place to take your baby and meet up with friends. The staff are so friendly and warm.

So amazing. Just such good chocolate and great owners.

The coffee shop is great and I love their summer menu. No matter whether they have their vegan ice cream available for sale (always sold out whenever I manage to make it there!) or not, you can be sure to always find delicious treats.

We love Soul Chocolate for both cold and hot sweet things!

Due to the nature of my work, I often unexpectedly find some of the non hyped actual best food and drinks in the city, simply by taking a wrong.

Didn’t know I was going to have an incredible glass of chocolate milk today. The chocolate is melted on the spot. It’s super smooth, the milk is fresh and the drink is chilled to perfection. There’s several different type of chocolate to select from as they manufactured chocolate in the back in an open kitchen/warehouse set up. 🤤

The new employee who served us today was so nice! He was especially kind and patient with my kiddo :)

It was a great experience.

From history to tastings he made sure we all got handy and left with a full belly! His wonderful energy and his knowledge was impressive. Had an amazing time at the chocolate workshop! Adrian was a phenomenal host and an excellent teacher. He made the entire experience fun, engaging, and incredibly educational. I learned so much about chocolate and the bean-to-bar process in a way that was easy to follow and enjoyable. As a nice bonus, when I asked about cacao shells, Adrian even hooked me up with some to take home. Such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in chocolate or looking for a unique hands-on experience.

The chocolate is amazing. Their iced mocha latte is amazing. Staff super over the top friendly.

We also did a chocolate tasting and making session with Adrian. It was absolutely incredible. So much knowledge combined with so much fun combined with so much delicious chocolate. Would highly highly recommend doing this. You get to take home a generous supply of great chocolate and you learn basically everything there is to know about chocolate without becoming a chocolatier yourself. Although maybe I am one now? I can’t tell :) Adrian’s passion and love of teaching is obvious from the first minute!

My friends and I participated in the chocolate making workshop and we loved how informative, intimate and organized it was! We got to experience much more than just decorating the chocolate and really got to see the end-to-end process. Adrian kept it interesting and the mood light! My group would highly recommend :)

Everything from Soul Chocolate is perfection. Their soft serve is the best in the city and their cocoa is divine.

I brought my daughter to one of the workshops here, and we both had an amazing time. The experience was fun, interactive, and educational, we learned about the chocolate-making process, sampled a variety of chocolates, and even created our own chocolates to take home. The staff made the workshop engaging for both kids and adults, and it was a wonderful way to spend quality time together. Highly recommended for families and anyone who loves chocolate!
