Cacao nibs (also called cocoa nibs) are the roasted and shelled version of the cacao seed. Typically these nibs are processed further into chocolate (yum), but leaving them in this crunchy state has its benefits too. We use organic cacao from Dominican Republic and roast the seeds to bring out the most flavour possible.
