ABOUT WHITE CHOCOLATE:
Yes, white chocolate is real chocolate when it's made with organic cocoa butter like ours is. This white chocolate dessert features crunchy cookie pieces just waiting for you to find them in silky white chocolate. Made with organic cocoa butter, organic cane sugar, and Canadian milk powder, this bar takes us back to eating cookie-flavoured chocolate as kids. 

In our chocolate shop in Toronto, we make our own homemade chocolate cookies, (it's actually one, giant cookie) then crumble it into bits to sprinkle it into our white chocolate. It has a soft sweetness, a playful crunch, and probably some other tasty features but it's always gone before we can describe it. You tell us.
