ABOUT OUR TRUFFLES:

Our chocolate truffles are an expression of our passion for sourcing quality ingredients and a way for us to build stronger relationships with our suppliers. 

Chocolate Truffles have become one of our favourite creative outlets at Soul. It gives us the ability to shed even more light our passion for sourcing quality, local ingredients from producers that inspire us every day.

Since we are indeed chocolate makers, we decided to formulate our own chocolate couverture. Our couverture is simply chocolate that has added cocoa butter. This gives the chocolate greater flow characteristics while retaining great flavour. With this chocolate, we are able to cast very thin, crisp shells for our truffles.

Our truffles are sold in a box set of 12. Each box contains 3 each of the following:

('L') BERGAMOT CARAMEL:
Bergamot caramel is fragrant and unexpected, opening with citrus aromatics before giving way to smooth caramel depth. A touch of citric acid sharpens the edges, adding a clean lift that makes the sweetness feel lighter and more refined.

('O') SALTED CARAMEL:
Salted caramel is a combo like no other - you'll experience bursts of sweet, and then savoury, and then sweet all over again. Each bite is unique; every bite is delicious.

('V') RASPBERRY CARAMEL:
Raspberry caramel is bright and juicy, where fresh raspberry purée cuts through the richness with a natural pop of fruit. Sweet and tangy trade places as it melts, keeping each bite lively and fresh.

('E') COFFEE CARAMEL:
Coffee caramel is deep and grounding, with roasted notes that pull you in before melting into warm sweetness. Made with coffee from Pilot Coffee Roasters, it's bold without being bitter and lingers just long enough to make you want another bite.
