ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE: We are a team of Canadians who love chocolate (and a good, snowy winter). This hot chocolate is best enjoyed after a day spent tobogganing outdoors. Although we do not recommend getting frostbite, this is sure to be the remedy!

USEFUL INFORMATION: This hot chocolate mix is made with cacao from Dominican Republic. We purchase the cacao through Oko Caribe who are masters at fermentation and drying. It produces a chocolate that is well balanced and delicious - with flavours that remind us of caramel and brownies.
We shred untempered chocolate into as fine of a powder as we possibly can. It melts very quickly when heat or hot liquid is applied, speeding up drink prep in cafe settings. It can also be used in a variety of baking applications.
