About this experience

A hands-on 2.5-hour experience in the Soul Chocolate kitchen. You'll go from cacao bean to finished bar — learning the history, the craft, and the science behind great chocolate along the way.

We'll walk you through the tools and machinery we use every day, run a guided tasting of single-origin bars from around the world, and then hand you the reins. You'll make your own chocolate from scratch, choose your own toppings, and leave with a bag of what you made.

It's part class, part tasting, part hands-on production — and genuinely one of the more fun things you can do in Toronto.

He introduces a fresh, fun, and unique teaching style that ensures every student stays engaged and entertained from start to finish.

Adrian’s background as a chef and sommelier adds depth to his expertise, but it’s his first love—chocolate—that truly shines through. His enthusiasm is infectious, making learning the art of chocolate both educational and a delightful experience.
