ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE:
This chocolate is made with cacao from the lush Toledo District in southern Belize. The region’s tropical climate and rich biodiversity create ideal conditions for growing fine-flavor cacao. At the heart of it all is a central fermentary where careful post-harvest practices—like fermentation in wooden boxes and gentle solar drying—help unlock the cacao’s full potential.

The result is a chocolate that’s smooth, layered, and vibrant. We taste rich chocolate pudding, bursts of dried fruit, and a soft floral finish. It's a flavour profile that reflects the unique environment of Belize and the thoughtful work that goes into every step of its production.
