Got this email: “We fulfilled your order from our store Soul Chocolate 20 days ago and would love to get your feedback.”. Haven’t received it my order yet (they shipped via Canada Post apparently, despite the strike). I emailed customer service 3 days ago. Still no response… Not a great look. I tried. They didn’t.

Hot Chocolate 60% - Bulk 5lb.
We added Lindt 70% dark chocolate to it to balance the flavour. The Hot Chocolate itself is fruity and we felt it needed the darker chocolate added.
Our customers love it. We are using it in our Neapolitan Iced Coffee which is chocolate, homemade strawberry syrup, milk/cream and a shot of espresso.
