A chocolate truffle features a soft ganache center encased in a chocolate shell. We use our house-made couverture to create delicate but crisp shells with creative fillings made from ethically-sourced quality ingredients.
Our truffles ship beautifully within the Greater Toronto Area. Short local delivery times ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, we only ship locally—the delicate nature of fresh ganache and thin chocolate shells means longer distances can compromise quality.
No! :) Our truffle collection changes regularly (like our moods). When you see a flavor you love, grab it. We often sell out and we won't make them exactly the same way again.
