We are a team of Canadians who love chocolate (and a good, snowy winter). This hot chocolate is best enjoyed after a day spent tobogganing outdoors. Although we do not recommend getting frostbite, this is sure to be the remedy!

So, go on and enjoy the bold flavours, velvety texture and slight sweetness of the same drinking chocolate we serve in our roastery and cafe.

    • This hot chocolate mix is made with cacao from Dominican Republic. We purchase the cacao through Oko Caribe who are masters at fermentation and drying. It produces a chocolate that is well balanced and delicious - with flavours that remind us of caramel and brownies.
    • We shred untempered chocolate into as fine of a powder as we possibly can. It melts very quickly when heat or hot liquid is applied, speeding up drink prep in cafe settings. It can also be used in a variety of baking applications.
