ABOUT THE TRUFFLES:

Our chocolate truffles are an expression of our passion for sourcing quality ingredients and a way for us to build stronger relationships with our suppliers. 

Chocolate Truffles have become one of our favourite creative outlets at Soul. It gives us the ability to shed even more light our passion for sourcing quality, local ingredients from producers that inspire us every day.

Since we are indeed chocolate makers, we decided to formulate our own chocolate couverture. Our couverture is simply chocolate that has added cocoa butter. This gives the chocolate greater flow characteristics while retaining great flavour. With this chocolate, we are able to cast very thin, crisp shells for our truffles.

Our truffles are sold in sets of 9. Each box contains the following:

SALTED CARAMEL:

These classic salted caramel truffles are made with Emerald Grasslands butter, Sheldon Creek Dairy 45% whipping cream, and our 70% chocolate couverture. It's  unique shape provides a fun sensory experience. And the flavour? Well, you'll just have to try one to find out!

USEFUL INFORMATION:

• The couverture is made with our Dominican cacao and Venezuelan cocoa butter. Both ingredients are sourced from those who also believe quality relationships and quality ingredients make great products.
• Please enjoy within 2 months of purchase. To extend shelf life, place in the fridge. Let them come to room temperature before enjoying. These are made to be enjoyed fresh, so dig in!
