ABOUT THE CACAO:
Cacao nibs (also called cocoa nibs) are the roasted and shelled version of the cacao seed. Typically these nibs are processed further into chocolate (yum), but leaving them in this crunchy state has its benefits too.

We use organic cacao nibs from Dominican Republic because they are bursting with flavour. They also come direct from one of our partners, and that's pretty special too, if we say so ourselves!
