Chocolate Making Workshop

We had the most wonderful time learning about the process of making good quality chocolate and how to tell the difference between really good chocolate and artificially made chocolate. It was a lot of fun and "Adrian?" was so engaging and shared a wealth of knowledge. What a fun experience. Thanks!
