ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE:

This chocolate is for the home baker who puts quality first. The one who spends time finding and tweaking recipes to make it taste better. The one who believes quality ingredients make quality desserts.

The flavour of this chocolate will elevate your baking game even further. This is the same chocolate you would find in our Ultimate Chocolate Chunk Cookies (they're called that for a reason). It is made of three ingredients: organic cacao, organic cocoa butter and organic cane sugar. We find by adding less into the chocolate itself, you are left with more expressive and delicious chocolate. You can taste the difference quality makes!

We have formed the chocolate into what we call pastilles. They are oversized chocolate chips, but are thinner and easier to chop up or break (or snack on, who's kidding!)

The chocolate pastilles (we also call them discs) are tempered. This means it has the same snap and shine that you'd expect to see in our chocolate bars, just without the wrappers.
