Our 45% milk chocolate — the one for people who want the comfort of milk chocolate without it being cloyingly sweet.

We use single-origin cacao from the Dominican Republic — naturally well balanced and low in acidity, it's a cacao that lends itself beautifully to milk chocolate. At 45% cocoa, there's enough chocolate presence to give it depth, balanced by whole milk powder and cane sugar for a smooth, creamy finish. Subtle caramel notes and a melt that lingers.

Ingredients: cane sugar (36.5%), cocoa liquor (25%), cocoa butter (20%), whole milk powder (18%), sunflower lecithin (0.5%).
