Let me tell you. It's perfectly balanced. Dark chocolate with a bloom of fresh peppermint. Want to know how we know? We've drank more of it than anyone else worldwide. This is our personal favourite blend.
Yes, we use organic cane sugar imported from Brazil. Hot chocolate without any sugar is intensely bitter, and we prefer to add enough sweetness to balance the palette properly.
Store this tin closed in the pantry for up to two years, but we doubt it'll last that long! You'll enjoy many cups of this blend over the winter holidays.
We walked into Soul Chocolate and the whole place smelt like Christmas, peppermint hot chocolate. So, of course, we had to order it to drink, and boy were we delighted by the PERFECT cup of the most balanced fresh peppermint hot chocolate we've ever had. They shared that they had just finished making the mixes so of course we had to buy some to give as gifts because it was so absolutely delicious smelling and tasting.
